Description

please please please return empty trash and recycling totes tonthebfront of the home where they are picked up. tires are constantly left in front of neighbors homes. there are residents with mobility issues that cannot walk to get them.
to be clear, my trash was picked up, however the totes israrely returned to the front of my home
