Thank you in advance for looking into this. It was bad again this morning. It seems the light at 400 N that allows traffic going on Mansell towards Westside Pkwy lets through fewer cars than it used to / is a shorter light than it used to be. The crosswalk countdown started only after about 10 seconds, therefore only letting about 30 seconds of traffic pass through the intersection. This meant many cars (and school buses) were stuck waiting for the next light, and therefore backing up Mansell to the point where people could not turn onto the road.

Thanks for updates. We are checking different components at the intersection and will make necessary adjustments to improve traffic flow.

We revised signal timing to further improve left turn traffic flow from GA-400 ramp onto Mansell Road towards Westside Parkway. We'll keep monitoring traffic movements in the area and make necessary adjustments accordingly.

The City of Alpharetta has resolved this request.
