Description

There is a large encampment of drug addled homeless people living in this alleyway. They are a constant nuisance and are responsible for the vast majority of petty theft in the surrounding neighborhoods. They’ve a camp set up and are actively selling and using drugs back there as well. This needs to be cleaned up for the health of the community.
