5 palm trees on the parkway (3 along 41st St. N., 2 along 2nd Ave. N) are diseased and rotting. Can all 5 trees be removed? The "parkway" is between the sidewalks and the curbs. Thank you!

Update from Community Services: The reported tree(s) has been evaluated and is not completely dead or in imminent danger of falling, therefore no City action is warranted at this time. The maintenance of trees that are located in the right-of-way is the responsibility of the abutting property owner. To obtain a permit for tree removal, the property owner may contact Zoning at 727-893-7471.
