We need some code enforcement on private private property owned by East Baybridge Shopping Center. There is a large dead tree and garbage accumulating in a small fenced area next to our building on the MacArthur Blvd side. I am repeating this issue because I don't seem to be getting any response from the City of Emeryville. I think only the City of Emeryville has the authority to issue an enforcement order to East Baybridge Shopping Center. Please don't back-burner this issue. It has been an eyesore and garbage and rat attactor for a year now. It is just next to the door of our building where I go in and out and must walk my dog every day.
