In the median next to the left turn lane on northbound Campbell at River, there is a bush and other plants growing in the seam between the median's concrete and asphalt. Over time it has gotten bigger and bigger and it is gouging out the asphalt. This needs to be fixed before it becomes a larger hole and a point for roadway erosion to spread out.
