I am not sure what jurisdiction this falls under but hoping the request gets to the right place. On Scott, between Ridley Lane and Westchester Elementary there is an abundance of trash. There us to be a trash can at the corner of Ridley and Scott and I would periodically pick up trash walking home from Westchester and would put in the bin. Now the receptacle is gone and trash continues to pile up and look very bad.
