Description

The car in the driveway has not been moved in over 2-1/2 years. They have changed the oil in their other car and left the oil and filters in the garden beds around the driveway. A pile of carpeting behind the abandoned car has been there for over a year. There is other misc. trash in the driveway. The backyard has never been mowed this year. Vines and bushes are overgrown into neighboring yards. The smell from the house is disgustingly pungent.
