I don't believe a light would be necessary. The problem is because of WaWa. The parking lot is too congested and people act as if Fairview Rd is a two lane highway and pass those waiting to get into the WaWa parking lot. A stop sign would help, but I think a red light would actually make the problem worse, causing back-ups to the Wawa lot.
