10/29/2019 - Revisited property. Tenant stated exterminator was to have been there last Thursday but never showed. Still having a rodent problem. Observed some holes in the foundation and a gap under the side door to the basement landing. Tenant is placing some bait down. Glue boards are also being used. 12/10/2019 - Still no answer by phone and no one at home. Property owner has indicated via email that the exterminator has a key to the house so he can treat, even if no one is home. The owner is using Goodwin Extermination. /// RLM

12/16/2019 - Adolescent answered the door - no adults home so no follow-up inspection made. Will follow-up later. /// RLM

12/24/2019 - No sign of mice observed. No sign of roaches observed. Tenant claims they still see mice. Exterminator is treating for roaches and bed bugs and has placed glue board for mice. Continue to monitor. /// RLM
