639 ne freeman is exact address. Laurent street is closet cross street. I’m curious to know if the city is responsible for repairs caused by the damage?

If the tree has fallen on private property unfortunatly it would be considered a civil matter and we would not be able to address anything or assist. After time if the problem has not been corrected and the fence and residences are still damaged an inspector would cite the property owners for violations. I hope this is helpful.
