I am not sure about Eastern Ave, but I live on Spencer and I DO NOT hear “this disturbance”. Is this at the beginning or the end of Spencer?

I can hear it all the way from Soldiers Home almost every weekend starting at 10:00pm. They meet at the car wash and they are not even locals. Undercover police work needed to pull them over in the act.

Traffic around that area is crazy specially before and after school. Spencer Ave gets so congested, it is a hazard. Some drivers don't even want to stop for the children trying to cross the street. Parents going to get their kids from school, park anywhere they want, making a bad situation worse. The school should have parking available. There has to be a better system in place. I am not going to even address the Webster Ave situation and not being able to take a left turn to get to the school.

I find it frustrating to hear again and again the loud racing vehicles - during the time people are walking their children to school or picking them up. Doesn’t any parent have an issue with this?? This morning - Webster Street bumper to bumper. People taking a left onto eastern Ave (isn’t that illegal ? Where is the sign telling people not to take the left) tires screeching to stop. In a school zone ?? Hello - we need some police help

I complained about Webster Ave and Eastern Ave illegal left turn and even suggested to add line dividers all the way up to Crescent Ave to avoid vehicles to turn left into the Dunkin Donuts. They responded saying that I would need to request it in writing and more bureaucracy steps.

The more pressing matter is people drag racing late at night on the weekends but If we are going to address ALL of the issues, here is another issue for you. The motorists in line, who are turning left, going to Crescent Ave should not keep going straight onto Broadway. That left lane is for turns only. If they are going to change their minds at the last minute, then go around the block and don't create more issues. I can't remember how many times I have been cut off by these people.

Another motorcycle racing night here in Chelsea. They wake up - they wake up my kids. Why why why has this not been addressed. Going on for MONTHS.
What does it take to make Chelsea residents feel safe. For example yesterdays car accident on Webster Was speeding involved??? Ban motorcycle !’

I still frequently hear cars speeding down Spencer, Webster, and Stockton St. The noise pollution and reckless driving are too much. Can Chelsea put up cameras or something to catch these dangerous drivers?

Putting cameras will not help the situation because if that were the case, banks would never get robbed. The police needs to catch these teens and make their parents responsible for their behavior.
