The cement berm in front of my house and that of several of my neighbors fills up with water when it rains and does not empty into the drain on our street. There is a low point in the roadway in the front of my house that does not allow proper drainage. As a result, I have standing water that sits for days at a time. This can be a health issue as standing water attracts mosquitos. Is there anything that the County can do? The attached photo shows standing water in front of my house after it had rained. Thank you.
