Your inspector needs to learn the code. Just measures the grass at this location to be 16 inches in growth. Reopen

This happens way too often: it takes a month for items to be acted on; then they're closed, but it seems that no one is actually going out to check on the properties and the issue isn't actually resolved. Very disappointing.

By the time the city arrives (if at all) some other angry neighbor usually has to give in and do the work. Also, according to Mrs. Leizer, the city can't see our pictures that we post. So unless you explain it as if the person were blind it won't matter what pictures you post. Kind of disappointed in the whole thing. Feel like the city wants to find ways out of problems (stuff is on private property by two inches, we didn't see it, etc) instead of putting in the extra effort to clear out all the posted issues. Might give up on this app
