did something happen to you?? Did any of the dogs attack you?? Most if not all of the dogs who roam w/o a leash are very friendly. I understand why u are questioning or commenting on this subject, your best bet is to call the township or police. Nothing will get resolved by u putting on this site..especially being a high taxpayer in Springfield!!
