He lives in the apartments there and has 2 vehicles. Tom you need to stop driving around looking for things to report..seriously

This car is not abondoned! We live at the apts on the corner of Ellsworth and Bartram Ave. We have one parking spot for 3 cars. So we have to park on the street. Don’t know who posted this but his info is incorrect.

A complaint came in from a constituent regarding this vehicle. When a vehicle has not moved for a long period of time,(and this one has not), it must be looked into. Many stolen cars are left on the streets through out the city,and Parking is at a premium especially on this street. When Police see that this vehicle is registered to the location where it is parked, they will NOT put a sticker on the vehicle. They will simply comment on this listing the car is valid and close out the issue. However, I will close this ticket due to the above input.
