This house and garage need to be condemned. The house is filled with garbage. The garage door is rotted out. The backyard has garbage strewn about. The backyard lawn has not been mowed for years. Large rat burrows have developed in the backyard along with rat holes surrounding the garage, house. Rats are tunneling paths under the thick matted grass. Reported this to the Royal Oak Code Enforcement officer, Bill Sawyer. He has permission from surrounding neighbors to view the backyard. I would like some follow-up to know what is being done and how soon.
