They have at least 3 or 4 garbage cans with trash coming out of them in the front yard. The whole neighborhood can see them. They are about 10 to 15 feet from the sidewalk. They are unsightly. I don’t want to see or smell their garbage all week. It makes our neighborhood look trashy and reduces our property values. Home owners in the neighborhood are complaining about the trash cans. What if everyone left their trash cans in front of their properties with trash blowing in other neighbors yards? We can not put our trash cans out for trash collection before 6:00 pm the night before for that reason. Someone else did a see click fix on the same trash cans at that address a couple weeks ago and nothing got resolved. The Health Department came out the day of collection when the cans were empty and closed this issue and nothing has changed. Some one from the City has to get these people to store these cans in the rear of the property out of sight. Councilman Scaglione what can you do to resolve this issue?
