this is an abandoned house that I am sure everyone has seen on the corner of Joslyn and Lebaron. It caught fire a couple months ago and it was never boarded up or anything!!! It is completely open to trespass and is falling in, someone is going to get hurt!...TEAR IT DOWN ALREADY! Btw I don't need advice to report this problem believe me I have contacted BLDG and SAFETY, the FIRE DEPT. & LEE JONES at home/city hall. I know it takes time after being placed on the demo list but my call is about boarding it up at least!!

it's even worse than you described. i was over there a week or so ago and you're right. burned beyond repair, front, back and the whole roof area. door open to trespass

I agree. It is on my parents street and looks horrible! It should have been torn down after the fire.

we have been staring at this for 2 years now. it gives the new street gangs of doing more of this,im sick of looking at this as well. as it is in my neighborhood i am a property owner and taxpayer. remove this hazardous house.

This definitely needs to be torn down. It is right across from GM Powertrain. I know there are many homes that should be torn down but this one being on Joslyn where it is is seen by many passing through Pontiac or who work in Pontiac and don't live here. It gives a very bad impression to say the least. Not to mention the tremendous safety hazard.
