Description

All of the pedestrian cross-lights at each corner will only take a "quick" walker about half-way across the street before the cars start to move--I cannot imagine how an elderly person could possibly cross these streets and not get hit --I am a fast walker and have only gotten halway across the street--the timing on the pedestrian cross lights is far too short and must be adjusted properly for saftey.
