Hello, I was curious if the city of saint pete has a role in managing the removal or processing of sea grass waste that washes ashore in neighborhoods and public places? The amount of sea grass is significant and as it washes up and decays produces a very foul odor and poor air quality. Could someone please provide some insight on this concern?
