Duplicate work issue.

I have not reported this before so I'm not sure why you're saying it's either work issue unless someone else has? And if that is the case when is work scheduled? It's been this way for a long time in Southbridge and it's unacceptable.

I am forwarding to the road maint. department to get information on this. (Someone else did report it) that's why it was closed.
