Description

Crew from the water department repaired the leak on the north side of 3rd NW. Thanks for the immediate response. However, when mowing the yard I noticed the cover for the in ground pipe was laying on the ground and a deep hole. This was directly opposite of the side of the repair. If someone should happen to walk in that area they may turn an ankle or worse. Thanks for your time.
