说明

Cinder blocks are broken/missing at Philpot Park off Philpot Avenue. This bed is never used for anything anymore, maybe the rest of the blocks could just be removed and the dirt leveled out. Please at least do something with it, it's an eyesore in its current condition. Thank you.
