Description
Just witnessed a near head-on going out gate 7 on Martin Rd at 3:15 pm, 10 Oct 19, reported also with #6715494.
HPD closed the same issue #6715494 with no reply.
I'm guessing it will take a real head-on collision or a serious accident before anything will be done. Hopefully construction will complete before that happens.
I wonder if the city incurs any liability for failing to correct a known reported road hazard condition in the event of an accident?
