This does not fall under my pervue. I would say Con Com as it is chlorinated water which could be going into wetlends where the drainage discharges.

I would leave it to you as a town employee to convey the information to the appropriate party.

My comments where for the admin so that he can re-direct this to the appropriate department as I do not have that ability when requests come through this program to properly address them and closes it out. Con Com had been called.
