Description

Dog left out in a small yard/open kennel type enclosure with no shade from the elements. A furry Beethoven style dog in the sun. I have seen this dog on many occasions outside in several different weather conditions. Rain, heat etc feel bad for the dog. They don't even have the decency to put him in the shade under the tree.

Animal Control visited the residence today. No one was home so the ACO posted a note to call him. The ACO found the kennel to be of sufficient size. It had food, water but no shelter. ACO posted a note indicating if the temp is too hot it needs access to shade and shelter needs provided at all times. ACO requested a call from the owner. Thank you
