Although the new sign that reads “Prepare to stop” heading down Mid Broadwell Road from Wills Road was a nice addition, unless you are in a low flying airplane it’s pretty useless as it’s a good 2-3 feet too high!

How about lowering it so that cars might actually pay attention to the stopped traffic ahead for those turning into The Lex?

I agree with the OP. I live in a n'hood off Mid Broadwell and have seen too many accidents in the short stretch from Wills Rd to our subdivision and especially in front of the apartment complex. Lowering the sign a foot or two would definitely make it more visible.

In order to enhance the sign's conspicuity and make it clearly discernible, we added two flags over the sign and also lowered it by one foot.
