Lives in Lake Crest/ She places garbage carts on the sidewalk and she is 82 years old. She has to come home, leave her car out in the street and move the cart from the middle of her driveway. Today, she saw the truck which had passed her house and layed down on the horn and motioned that her cart was in the middle of her driveway. They looked at her and laughed and drove on. She said she might be 82, but she can cause a problem for Santek by calling the Mayors office or whatever is necessary to get this problem resolved.
