Description

Hi, Could really use some help/advice on resolving this odd water flowing down our street from the easement between two yards. Please see email chain and pics for reference. There is a constant stream of water running from a bush in our neighbors yard, into the road and down the street. So constant, that it has now gathered moss and turned green. It's always running, even when there is no rain. It's really strange, there is a constant stream of water down all of our driveways.. even in 100 degree heat.
