Hi Jim,
with a decent stretch of cold weather the hive has been inactive. While we still had warmer weather in Oct-Nov did you have a look at the hydrant to remove the hive?
Do yellow jackets hibernate in the hive over the winter? Do they return to the hive when it warms up?
This weekend we'll see temps in the 60s and next week is forecast to be above average. Activity might resume.
