When Parkway School lets out it is almost impossible for people to drive past the school on Parkway Ave. Parents leave their cars in the middle of the street double parked to go get their children from the school property. If emergency vehicles need to pass they will be stuck in a huge mess of cars. Every car left unattended doubled parked should be ticketed.
