Description
The traffic control device (stop light) at the entrance to the former Highlander location on Alpine is no longer needed for the vacant building. Please remove it. If/when the chruch that bought the building moves into the building they can use a person to control traffic out of the parking lot on Sundays.

It is safer to use this stop light controlled intersection, when traveling west on Charles st. through the old "Five Points" intersection.

The "church" that owns the Hilander building has installed gates on the Charles Street parking lot entrances to keep people from illegally using the parking lot as a through street to get to the light. Since the traffic passing through the light has subsided drastically, the light stays green for Alpine at least 95% of the time.
This leads me to believe that this issue should be closed.
