Alley is horrible to drive down, especially after this past winter.

Alley hasn't been touched! It is still in horrible shape and still needs to be repaired. Several potholes 3 feet in diameter and getting bigger!

You apparently don't realize this is not the appropriate place to voice this concern if you expect any results. Patch request should be made to the city. 815-987-5763

No I thought this was the place, but as you can see by my other comments it hasn't been touched. I called the number you posted & they'll come look at it for potholes. Maybe when they lose a truck they'll forward the request to engineering. Thanks Citizen!

your alderman directs the alleys to be repaired and replaced. Your alley IS a public thoroughfare, it IS the duty of the city to maintain it or close it!

The street light problem is with a photoelectric switch, and the electric company should be notified, as well as your alderman. Send a letter, make a trail!

Honestly I do not know if this alley has been repaired or not. My wife and I divorced 6 or 8 years ago and I have not been down that alley since. My best suggestion would be to have someone drive down this alley and form an opinion or just close out the ticket. Either one would be fine with me. Maybe not with others that use this alley but that is no longer my concern.

I no longer live at this address. I do not know if this issue has been resolved or not. As far as I am concerned this issue can be closed.
