When exiting the western Clague school driveway, turning left onto Nixon Road, there is a large bush on the north corner that occludes a longview to the north, southbound cars come ripping down Nixon Road. In order to fully see the traffic, you have to pull forward over the crosswalk practically into Nixon road to see the southbound traffic. That bush needs to come back at least 10 to 12 ft, I am not sure if it's on school property or private property.
