Description

The construction happening at 1540 El Camino Real is causing vibrations that are making my apartment rattle and giving me a headache. I believe it is being caused by the tall construction equipment in the attached picture. I am on the second floor of my apartment building, and the construction is about 500ft away. I am in apartment #N of Encinal Oaks Apartments
