1/6/2011 - Citizen shared a return call today and I was then able to execute the courtesy - thanked her for reporting the situation and also informed her that he Roadway team completed pothole repair for 10 potholes on Westower - she was pleased he team had acted on her request and she in turn shared another location that needs pothole repair - rtt
