My daughter recently moved in to Autumn Ridge Apartments and when we were leaving one night, we noticed MANY, MANY lights were not working. I'm not sure if this is a city issue or a complex issue but I thought I'd report it. It's not safe for those who need to walk through there without proper lighting.

If the lights are off the roadway, it is a private property/apartment complex issue. If it's the street lights, they are maintained by the Lansing Board of Water and Light, who can be reached at 702-6006.
