we live on Windmere Lane and cars & trucks are always parked along Fossil Creek we can not see on coming traffic and they also block the fire hydrants what are the City Codes for 1) parking on a street ? 2) how close to a corner can you park? 3) how far do you have to park from a fire hydrant?
