There is a "permanent" parking spot for 2 garbage cans in front of this house. They are never removed from street. Shouldn't cans be removed from street by the day after pick up? This spot needs to be emptied weekly.

Yes, ma'am. The ordinance does require residents to remove their carts 24 hours after collection. We'll have an inspector go by tomorrow and leave notices with anyone whose carts are still out on the street. Thank you for using Huntsville Connect!

Sorry for the late response, this issue has been handled by the inspector of this route. The inspector has left notices with property owners who had carts still at the curb at the time of inspection. These notices inform the resident of the ordinance pertaining to the placement and removal of garbage carts.
