People are using the end of pebblestone Dr to park commercial trucks, and private property to park maintenance trucks to work on the eighteen wheeler truck. They are making noise all day long, leaving trash, and leaving the street looking like a maintenance garage/shop. You can see oil stains right next to the storm drains. Oil can potentially go straight to the water ways "cape fear river". Please have someone come and check pebblestone Dr especially when the road is dry. Thank you.
