I am writing to report a large pothole that has turned into a permanent puddle in front of a childcare facility. The location is 2106 Old Spartanburg Rd Greer, SC 29650 (Minds in Motion Learning Center). I have been observing in the last several weeks, and no improvement/maintenance has been made thus far. Right in front of the childcare facility, there are multiple large potholes that have accumulated large chunks of water that prevent drivers from knowing what the puddle has to offer for them as they need to access the driveway of the childcare facility. The potholes are so large that they cause a major shaking of the car when one drives into them, which there is no way to avoid and one must drive through them. Every morning me and tens of other families drive through the invisible potholes (due to the large puddle surrounding the potholes); this is a maintenance issue. More importantly, it is a safety issue. It is very easy to lose the control of the car and cause property and bodily damage. These potholes are in the road right in front of the childcare facility at 2106 Old Spartanburg Road, Greer, SC and in the driveway leading up to the childcare facility building itself.
