Drivers are getting confused w/ the turn signal arrow and the "No U-Turn" sign and are still making U-Turns at the intersection of: River Rd @ Craycroft NB on Craycroft making a U-turn to go South. The sign is hard to see w/ the new apartment complex that was recently built. Safety Issue per the constituent.
