Description

Something is wrong with the traffic signals on Washtenaw, at US 23 and west of US-23 at the intersection with Arborland mall. Every morning, at 7:20, traffic on west bound Washtenaw is backing up on to Northbound US-23 because of inappropriately timed traffic signals at the southbound exit, and moreso, at the arborland signal. There is no reason for Washtenaw to sit at a standstill for 3 minutes while NO traffic is moving from that arborland intersection, or from the northbound exit from 23. Please, someone, watch these intersections to see if we can free up the traffic!
