Not sure if I'm in the right place. I have a noise complaint. Semi trucks deliver to the Ace Hardware at all hours of the day and early morning. The dumpsters could be moved on the other side of the parking lot but they are left on the alley side and we're woke up 3 time a week around 6 am. Semi trucks think they own the alley and are unbearably at times. When we ask the truck drivers to please be aware residents live here were told it's a delivery alley. I dont think this is the case. I understand it's an emergency and threw way. Short delivery is fine however these semi truck weights are destroying our pavement on these alleys. Please help us residents live in peace and straighten this out with weight signage. Thank you.
