Description
This area has become a dumping ground for peoples cats. there is about 8 cats that are just making babies. Animal Control will only do something if they are sick.

Just a note on trapping. I would not suggest doing it by yourself unless you have experience. A trapped cat, feral or not, can be like a wild animal in a trap. They usually calm down after a while, but if you don't have an immediate plan or place to care for them properly, wait until you have all of your ducks in a row. They can't be released into your home, as their temperment is not known yet, or their medical history. You don't want them around your other animals until they have been tested/treated for fleas/worms.
Again, keep calling animal control until they come out to help trap, or set you up with someone who can do it for them.
If not, maybe Middletown Ed can run a story to bring more light to this quiet issue, here and across the country. As much as some people don't like cats, they are living creatures with feelings, and never asked to be dumped or born homeless!Q
