Q. If a parking issue, what is the problem?
A. Residents at this address are zoned to park in zone 3, most of which is in Paulus Hook and is challenging for living at this address where the most natural area to park is nearby on York St. (about 100ft away) in zone 1. JCPA is now ticketing this area for violators of this for the first time years, a $110 fine.
