I agree the drop off in some areas of the 1 mile stretch is very deep and could really cause harm. The larger culverts would help, there is also the telephone cable visable floating around in the water. I have notified the phone company about that also. Since it is on the Saline-Garland county line, each county workers tell me it is the other county responsibility. Not sure what the right answer is but I know passing the buck is not the right answer. Thanks in advance for fixing our problem.
