Description
Yard and ROW outside of 6' fence on rear of property (46th St S) is overgrown. This area is not regularly maintained and the weeds and grass remain overgrown continually. Resident ignores the section of yard outside the fence at the rear of property (on 46th St S) and it does not get cut.
