In the 200 Block of North Evans Street and the corner of Lincoln Ave. The lights are poor lit and it is very dark. Someone scratched all cars alongside of the 200 block of N. Evans St including the 300 block this past Sat nite into Sun morning. PLEASE do something about the lighting in this area so that residents can feel safe as well as protecting their property.
